Job Description
Title: Senior Officer / Associate, Customer Experience
Location: Central, Hong Kong
Our client is a leading Digital Insurer in Hong Kong that’s expanding and is looking for talented and innovative professionals to join and grow with them.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer data to improve retention, upsell and cross-sell strategy
- Develop and implement the customer retention strategy with the use of marketing automation tools
- Design and implement customer retention strategies to increase loyalty and retain business
- Responsible for day-to-day operations, including eDM execution, automation rule set up, data analysis, etc
- Evaluate the effectiveness of activities and prepare related reports
Requirements:
- Degree in marketing or any relevant disciplines
- 3+ years of CRM/marketing automation experience
- Good understanding of mass distribution/eDM platforms
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in English and Cantonese is required
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Associate
