Job Description

Title:              Senior Officer / Associate, Customer Experience

Location:      Central, Hong Kong

Our client is a leading Digital Insurer in Hong Kong that’s expanding and is looking for talented and innovative professionals to join and grow with them.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer data to improve retention, upsell and cross-sell strategy
  • Develop and implement the customer retention strategy with the use of marketing automation tools
  • Design and implement customer retention strategies to increase loyalty and retain business
  • Responsible for day-to-day operations, including eDM execution, automation rule set up, data analysis, etc
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of activities and prepare related reports

Requirements:

  • Degree in marketing or any relevant disciplines
  • 3+ years of CRM/marketing automation experience
  • Good understanding of mass distribution/eDM platforms
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese is required
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Associate
