Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Perform receptionist duties including handling phone calls, mailing, greeting/serving clients and visitors in good manner
• Outdoor work is required such as document delivery and bank in
• Provide full spectrum of office administrative support
• Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Certificate holder or above with 1 year relevant working experience
• Proficiency in PC skills (MS Word and Excel)
• Good in communication skills, independent and responsible
• Proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred
• Immediately available is highly preferred
• Fresh graduates are welcome
