Job Description

Title:              Engineer

Location:      Central, Hong Kong

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operation and Maintenance & Repair (M&R) related work for LPG system
• Supervise the team of Technicians in the day-to-day execution of their duties
• Act as focal point of contact with the Gas Authority and other Government Authorities
• Ensure that all critical equipment is regularly checked for accuracy and calibrated by certified bodies
• Manage the service contracts with engineering contractors
• Provide regular M&R service for engineering projects

 Requirements:

• Mechanical, chemical, marine or gas engineering educational background & fuels/gas engineering experience
• University degree with 3+ years of experience; OR Higher diploma / high certificate with 8+ years of experience
• Safety consciousness & Presentable communication skills
• HK permanent resident (Local)
• Gas industry is not a must, but highly preferred
• Passionate in career development in the industry
• Possess knowledge on LPG design codes and standards, the Gas Safety Ordinance and subsidiary regulations, codes of practices for LPG and non-destructive testing technology will be an advantage
• Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and attentive to details. Problem-solver
• Good command of English and Cantonese, both spoken and written
• Holder a valid Driving license is preferred
• Willing to change, adapt to ever-evolving environment
