Job Description

Title:              Design Manager

Location:      Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong

Responsibilities:

• Liaise and coordinate between construction team, clients, government agencies, design institutes, and other stakeholders to facilitate project implementation
• Lead in technical proposal preparation, prepare design documents and assessment report
• Perform design or technical supervision to on-going construction projects

Requirements:

• MIStrutE / MHKIE / MICE is a must
• Degree or above in building & civil disciplinary studies with 6 years design experience;
• Knowledge of Foundation, ELS Works;
• Initiative, well-organized, responsible, and able to communicate at all levels.
• Applicant with less experience will be consider as a design engineer
• Good command in Chinese, English, Cantonese, Putonghua
