Title: Credit Risk Manager

Location: Central, Hong Kong

Responsibilities:

Handle reconciliation of Profit and Loss statements (P/L)
Prepare Risk reporting and position reporting
Conduct assessments to define and analyze possible risks
Evaluate the gravity of each risk by considering its consequences
Handle audit processes and procedures
Develop risk management controls and systems
Design processes to eliminate or mitigate potential risks
Create contingency plans to manage crises
Evaluate existing policies and procedures to find weaknesses
Prepare reports and present recommendations
Help implement solutions and plans
Ensure risk exposures of the company is within stipulated limits
Work closely with other business stakeholders
Conduct identity check/ background check/ risk analysis for personal loan applicants

Requirements:

Must-have – At least 5+ years of credit risk approval of personal financing and commercial loan either from a PE, Retail , Commercial Bank or Private Lender Company in Hong Kong
Higher Diploma or above in Business Studies / Finance / Banking / Economics or equivalent Good-to-have – Professional/ Financial Risk Manager (PRM) or FRM certification is a plus – Independent, organized, highly analytical and proactive
Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Good command in MS Word, Excel, and Chinese typing – Adapt to fast paced environment
Effective communication – Ability to work with mobile phone, laptop / remote if required
