Job Description

Title:              Assistant Manager / Manager, Customer Experience

Location:      Central, Hong Kong

Our client is a leading Digital Insurer in Hong Kong that’s expanding and is looking for talented and innovative professionals to join and grow with them.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing the customer data strategy & roadmap
  • Develop and implement campaigns and activities to grow existing customer sales
  • Manage customer analytics and translate it into actionable insights to deepen customer understanding across marketing functions
  • Manage customer data platform by collecting and segregating all digital data across channels and touchpoints
  • Work with technical team to manage end-to-end CRM and CDP platforms
  • Develop analytical solutions for management team and provide consumer insight on consumer behaviour and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Degree in marketing or any relevant disciplines
  • 5+ years of experience in Strategic and Operational CRM, loyalty, or Customer analytics
  • Good understanding of CRM and CDP platforms
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese is required
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Manager
