As part of strategic growth, our client is seeking for a Agency Development & Recruitment (Assistant) Manager, to drive and implement sakes strategies for ULB businesses in order to achieve the business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- To support recruitment, sales development of agency under Bancassurance and Alternative Channels Department.
- Responsible for managing individual agents, supporting sales development and sales campaigns, and recruitment for new agents.
- Responsible for business development activities within the agency.
Key Requirements:
- University graduate
- At least 4 years insurance business experience
- At least 2 years agency development / agent hiring experience
- Good people management skills, business sense
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, knowledge in Putonghua will be an asset
