Job Description
The Company:
A subsidiary to a well-established top PRC financial firm and they are urgently looking for a Junior Administrative Assistant & Receptionist to join the team in their Hong Kong offices.
Responsibilities:
- Answer telephone calls including general customer enquiries
- Greet and serve clients and visitors in a professional manner
- Handle correspondence including mails and couriers
- Manage conference room booking
- Provide clerical and administrative support
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- HKDSE graduate or non-degree will be considered, fresh graduates are welcome.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good telephone manner and numerical sense
- Positive working attitude, responsible, detailed minded, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Familiar with M/S Office and Chinese Word Processing
- Good in Cantonese and must be fluent in Mandarin
