We are an Asia-based, premier human capital consultancy and recruitment specialist focused on the Legal, Banking, Finance, Insurance and Buy-side Sectors.
Due to client requests, we launched our Private Banking / Private Wealth Management Division, servicing all levels of requirements, for example: Private Bankers, Wealth Planners, Investment Tax Consultants, Portfolio Managers, Credit and Risk Specialists and support staff.
Our front-line Sales & Marketing Practice is now headed by an ex-top tier corporate banking relationship manager.
Our Legal, GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) and Internal Audit Practice is managed by a multi-award winning, specialist Legal and Compliance recruiter, with over 22+ years’ experience recruiting in these skill sets in UK, Europe, the US and since 2008, for the APAC regions.
Since 2013, we have operated our highly successful Professional Services / Interim Solutions Practice. The Professional Services practices is managed by a senior manager with over 18 years’ experience with the global Big 4 Accountancy/ Consultancy firms. The Engineering and IT/Technology Practices are each headed by experienced Pan-Asia recruiters with over 7+ years’ recruitment search experience respectively.
Our APAC Insurance Practice is managed by a seasoned General and Life sector senior recruitment consultant with over 5+ years’ experience, gained at other global recruitment firms.
Collectively, the founding members have over 50 years relevant executive search and direct industry experience within their specialist industry sectors.
We assist our global, regional and local clients in Asia with identifying, developing and recruiting the world’s top talent, exclusively for the fastest growing markets of the Asia Pacific regions.
Most of our consultants are multi-lingual and speak fluent English as well as another Asian Language.
